Cancellations via email must include the following: Name, order number, telephone & contact email. This information must be exactly the same as that listed on the order.
We will make every effort to complete the cancellation process as soon as possible. If the cancellation request arrives before your order is shipped, we will be happy to refund the full amount you have paid along with the shipping costs. If the cancellation request arrives after the shipment of your order, we will refund the total value of the products without shipping costs.
