RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In case you have bought a product through e-shop or by phone you have the right to withdraw within 14 days and receive a refund. Επιπλέον καθυστέρηση προβλέπεται για ¨Απομακρυσμένες & Δυσπρόσιτες¨περιοχές της χώρας. Αποστολές εως 2 κιλά με κόστος άνω των 60€ αποστέλλονται δωρεάν. Μέχρι 2 κιλά η χρέωση είναι 3€, για κάθε επιπλέον κιλό προβλέπεται επιπλέον χρέωση 0,81€               .

GUARANTEES

Supplier Guarantee Liability

A. Withdrawal of these Terms of Use does not apply to defective Products or Products in which there is a lack of agreed quality, which are covered by their respective warranties.
B. The producer of every Product you buy is responsible for any damage due to a defect in his product. Any agreement to limit or release the producer from its liability is void. Claims against the producer for damages are barred after three years after the injured party was informed or should have been informed of the damage, the defect and the identity of the producer. A decade after the release of this product, the rights of the injured party against the producer are amortized. C. In case of replacement of the product or its spare part, the warranty is automatically renewed for the entire duration of the new product or spare part.
3. In addition to the warranty, the Supplier of new durable consumer goods must ensure that consumers continue to provide technical services for their maintenance and repair for a period equal to their probable lifespan. The Supplier must also ensure that consumers can supply spare parts and other products, which are required for their use according to their destination, for the duration of their possible life.

D. Pursuant to the above provisions, the Company, as long as it is a Supplier of a product, as defined above, will provide you with every possible assistance for the fulfillment of the terms of the Supplier's guarantee, without your charge. Claims due to defect or lack of contracted property
A.
